REEM borrows

A Palestinian born and raised in Haifa, Reem immigrated to Australia with her family at the age of 14. Reem Borrows is an accomplished author, speaker, coach, and leadership consultant with a passion for seeking justice for Palestinians and Jews from the River to the Sea.

For over twenty years, Reem has held Senior Leadership Roles, leading and developing effective teams and individuals in Sales, Marketing, and Training. Today, she uses her knowledge and expertise to help people realize their full potential in business and personal goals.

Reem’s authenticity as a leader, her business acumen, mindset development strategies, and her dedication to achieving results are the foundations of her work. As a Human Performance Specialist, Reem provides corporate leaders, business owners, and professional individuals with the necessary leadership strategies, training, and mindset to forge new pathways towards meaningful and sustainable growth.

Immobility and stagnation can bring about the failure of any good business and career. Reem helps leaders design their own trajectories of positive change and achievement through balance, focus, and flow. These changes have an enormous positive impact on the teams and people around them.

Reem is the founder and director of Dreem Coaching and Consulting, which helps people and organisations achieve meaningful growth. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

Additionally, Reem graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is accredited to deliver numerous leadership and professional development training programs, as well as bespoke programs tailored to the specific needs of organisations and individuals.
